Find a trustworthy bank where they own their mistakes and don't try and get your hard earned money away from you. Had 4 Wells accounts, 2 checking, 2 savings. Experience in calif was good, but not so here in Poulsbo. The attitude is "catch us if you can, buyer beware." They have made mistakes with deposits and do not take responsibility if you don't catch them right away. Their system allows you to use a debit card for one account, but they see all accounts you have, and can drop deposit in wrong place, which they have done.... read more

I went to them to cash two checks I had received from my work (I was afraid I would not make it to my credit union before they closed). I asked if I could cash the checks and she told me yes so I did the whole fingerprint on the front and two forms of ID. I was there for at least a few minutes because she was asking me about my job and if I liked it, etc. Right before she goes to hand me my cash she says there will be a $7.50 check cashing charge for each check. I wanted to make note of the worst experience I have had with your bank. I received one overdraft charge of $35.00 for the first time in years. When I used to have Wachovia before Wells Fargo took over, the customer service was excellent. I used to be young and a beginner in the banking world and received multiple overdraft charges. When I would go into the branch Wachovia would take away the overdraft charges to not only keep a customer, but keep a happy customer. I give this Rating a Big Fat Zero! What happened to good old fashion customer service? Everyone at this bank (starting at the top ) has no customer service , rude, and Lazy. Everyone passes the fault on the next and nobody knows nothing? Bad Bad Bad Customer Service

Get your errands done quickly at this South Austin location. There are never any lines and the tellers are fast and friendly.

I know that it is just their job, but it really bothers me that when I go through the drive through to make a deposit and they send me back my receipt they then ask what ELSE they can do for me? Seriously the people who force the tellers to say certain things should re-think this one. When I tell you I'm just here to do a deposit and then you ask me what else you can do? It just makes no sense, does anyone agree with me about this? I have to make multiple deposits for work each week and it just drives me crazy that they alwa... read more

I've banked with Wells Fargo for almost 15 years, and have always appreciated their great customers service. This branch in particular is excellent - the people are always genuine, friendly, and efficient at helping me out. For example, I had to wire money overseas at one point and the teller wasn't familiar with the required paperwork. Instead of making me wait, she took down all of the information she needed and figured out the paperwork after I left. I really appreciated that.

Need anxiety medicine to deal with them – I just moved to this area and can not beleive how difficult it was to deal with this bank. After two visits--I closed my account. Their customer service needs alot of help!
