Not cooperative staff and not good behave as well too
I needed to send a wire that was urgent and waited 30 minutes for one of the bankers to come out and tell me that they were too busy and I would need to come back in four hours. Horrific customer service.
I had my bag stolen with my wallet and my phone. When I called Wells Fargo they said I could go to any branch to order a new card and to confirm my claims made for the stolen card, but they couldn't do this on the phone since I wasn't calling from my number. I went into this location and the woman immediately told me I could go into a room and call customer service if I needed help. I explained that they had told me to come to the branch.
