First appointment at 4:30 trying to open joint CD'S account the customer service rescheduled my appointment. Come back the second time different customer service said i have to rescheduled because they have to close at five. I'm been wells fargo customers for over ten years and now thinking to closed my account. Not to mention what a rude security who don't want to give us a chance to listen what we gonna says.
Apparently no one works during open hours sitting in the drive thru for over 15 min that I called the bank itself Robert answered and said she’s coming (hung up) …well miss thang sure did come yelling in the speaker that I only had to hit the call button once .! I did 15 mins ago and not a single person came to say” please hold Im working with a customer.” Instead she told me only hit the button once when she gets there she’ll get there .! This bank never has money in there ATM now I have to go to another ATM just to withdraw money and they don't open until nine don't bank with wells Fargo anymore they don't care about the customers,so this bank better be ready for a long line today since they don't have money in there ÀTMS F wells Fargo
