Today 2/3/26 around 12:50 waited patiently someone check me in and while I waited someone else came in not even 4 min the walk in just because they complained that was nobody available last time she was there just as today she waited more than 14 minutes the banker that was available decided to skip me that I waited my turned very patiently and saw he just because she complained not even 4 minutes that she got there to me that was not fair at all and very unprofessional.

My husband and I laughed as the unfriendly, manager (not smiling at a near by customer), hustled to lock the doors at 1159 but seeing a just a few customers come disappointed to locked doors; one, pulling on it twice as if they would honor “customer service”.
