Today was an unlucky day for me to deposit money into the bank via the service drive thru. I was robbed of $20. I gave Maryam 3 $100 bills and 1 $50 bill, many $20 bills and $1 bills. The total was $500 but when she counted it with the machine it was only $480. This is absurd. My wife and I counted it many times and it was exactly like that. Went to this location Monday 4/21 to cash a check that was written in my name and my husband's name. We went through the drive thru around 3:45 pm. We told the teller we wanted to cash the check, we both signed the check. We let her know we had an account and we put our Wells Fargo cards in along with our ID's. Next thing I know another teller takes over and asks what we wanted to do today. We told her the other teller was taking care of us. However, I guess she took over the transaction for some reason. I love to go here. Everyone is super kind, friendly and helpful.
I’ve been banking with Wells for 7 years now and this is by far one of the busier branches I visit, but let me tell you -everyone in this place is hustling! The manager Pamela is always greeting and directing people. Everyone is moving and trying to help, usually with a smile and that goes a long way. That’s hard to find these days so I will keep coming back!
Been depositing money thru business account almost 2 years now. I can count on one hand, two male employees that are spectacular. The rest not courteous. They are giving that location a bad name. Retrain rehire. Only reason I go back is if those gentlemen wait on me.
