Banked with wf for over 8 years never had a problem withdrawing cash. 2 cashiers kept pressuring me to use digital wallet even though I never had a problem with giving my ID for withdrawals

Today was an unlucky day for me to deposit money into the bank via the service drive thru. I was robbed of $20. I gave Maryam 3 $100 bills and 1 $50 bill, many $20 bills and $1 bills. The total was $500 but when she counted it with the machine it was only $480. This is absurd. My wife and I counted it many times and it was exactly like that.
