Very disappointed in this "bank". It was bad when they allowed my stolen checks to be deposited in someones account. It was bad when they allowed someone in Washington DC to purchase amtrack tickets on my business debit, but this is HORRIBLE. Wells Fargo has allowed someone to steal money from a 88 year old man. After allowing this they will do nothing to help him. They should have notified the man when they saw strange activity on his account. They didnt. Dont trust this bank with any possession.
WORST bank in the world. I tried to deposit money for my disable sister in law. At the moyamensing branch, They told me I was committing fraud, and wouldn't take the money. I said all I am doing is deposting money for a disable women who is on kidney machine. and cant walk. and I am power of attorney doesn't matter if your not on the account you cant put money in the account. Even though I have her card and pin. not withdrawing I am putting it in. I really hate them.
