I stopped in WF to make a withdrawal from the teller instead of using the atm yesterday, because I needed over the limit. I was directed to the atm and notified by staff of the higher amount of withdrawal from atm inside, which did me justice! After I left I noticed several missed calls and a voicemail from an unusual number. I checked the voicemail, it was from WF stating that they had something belonging to me. Excellent experience! I walked in to deposit a check into my savings, and a lovely gal named Bianca greeted me. She was so friendly and warm, which meant so much (on a cold winter day). Diana (another WF employee) was next to Bianca (also warm and friendly) and then she told me about a promotional savings account that could help me earn way more interest.
