Excellent experience! I walked in to deposit a check into my savings, and a lovely gal named Bianca greeted me. She was so friendly and warm, which meant so much (on a cold winter day). Diana (another WF employee) was next to Bianca (also warm and friendly) and then she told me about a promotional savings account that could help me earn way more interest. This location has such lovely, amazing tellers! They are always so sweet, kind and helpful!
I don’t understand the negative reviews for this location. Any time I’ve been, I’ve only been met with enthusiasm, positivity, fast and efficient service! I recently had man bonds to cash in on (thanks to WF for still doing this so I can avoid the Fed gov, and a teller Bianca was the most pleasant, upbeat and warm. She was so incredibly helpful and honestly excited that she could help me get my money. The interaction with her made my day. Thank you!!!
We had a great experience in here last week. We needed to do some financial transactions urgently, we arrived here, the welcomed us well and handled our transactions without delay. The customer service was great. The staff were very polite and professional. Kudos to all the staff working here. You guys are really serving the public well.
