This bank never has enough help. Drive-through closed down over half the time usually only has one maybe two people trying to work walk-ins and the drive-through. Wells Fargo needs to step up the game.
I came into this Wells Fargo branch at 23046 PANAMA CITY BEACH PKWY to open a new checking account and take advantage of an attractive promotion. The lobby was completely empty, and there were several staff members present, including the branch manager, Faith. I was told to wait five minutes, which I did—then was asked to wait another five minutes. Worst custumer services and actitud . WILL CLOSE MY ACCOUNTS WITH WELLS FARGO.. I DONT KNOW WHY I TRY AGAIN WITH THIS BANK. I spend over an hour to get someone to help us and i left without been able to do an easy transaction.. THEY ARE THE WORST..
I got there right at 5 pm to the drive thru just before the 4th off July so they would be closed for 3 days after, the teller had one other car and I asked her if she could make one deposit for me which always only takes them a minute if that and she just kept saying “we’re closed” where they hell is the customer service these days, this bank is horrible, not the first time I’ve had trouble, they have deposited my money into the wrong account before and basically told me it was my problem !!!
