This branch NEVER answers their phone.
Terrible customer service. Yesterday (around 12pm) while I was getting some checks, the teller called over a young lady who was extremely rude in assisting me. She seemed very annoyed to be helping me at all. I’m not sure why she was so rude, as I was neither impatient nor disrespectful. She definitely needs to work on her customer service skills.
Not just this Wells Fargo, all Wells Fargo branches are horrible. Ridiculous rules and policies. Switch while you can! But don't forget to make an appointment before you cancel, because you can't just walk in and do it.
