The banker we worked with, Patrick, was courteous, professional, and detail oriented. Would highly recommend this branch.
Went to drive through today. Waited 10 minutes before acknowledged. Bank rep, Elly opened the window where you insert cash etc and hit my car. No apology. Then told me I had to wait again because she has other customers inside. I told her I had waited 10 minutes. She said that she was the only employee.. turned around, rolled her eyes and threw up her arms. Terrible service. This is not the first time…
I'm a valued member and have worked in banking. The customer service from Evette was very poor, lacking and contradicting!!! If I could give a negative star, I would!!!
