I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at this Wells Fargo branch. I had a scheduled appointment at 1:30 PM, and I arrived early at 1:20 PM. Instead of being helped on time, I sat there with my son until 2:00 PM — almost 40 minutes past my appointment time. The bank representative saw us waiting the entire time but chose to ignore us. The banker we worked with, Patrick, was courteous, professional, and detail oriented. Would highly recommend this branch.
Went to drive through today. Waited 10 minutes before acknowledged. Bank rep, Elly opened the window where you insert cash etc and hit my car. No apology. Then told me I had to wait again because she has other customers inside. I told her I had waited 10 minutes. She said that she was the only employee.. turned around, rolled her eyes and threw up her arms. Terrible service. This is not the first time…
