Went to drive through today. Says open, no one at window. Finally someone came but my port was closed. Opened it and sent stuff over. They need more ID. Sent that. Finally got through. Was over 20 minutes in the drive through with no one in any line when I got there. Terrible service.
I visited this branch on three separate occasions to close my dad’s account after his death, and procure his safe deposit box. The bankers were friendly and really wanted to be helpful, but they are not set up for success by corporate. It is ridiculous that to do anything, a banker has to call the same 800 number that I do, and have someone on the CS line complete every task for them. they closed my bank account for writting some a check for $7,000.00 for rent and they kept locking my bank card Do Not Use This Bank They Will Screw You Big Time
I've been with them for 33 years and they've never done me wrong
