Want customer service from your local branch dont bother here. They'll leave you on hold to deal with a customer that came in after you called 1st. These banks dont care, they let your information get hacked in their system, they arbitrarily take your money via charges when you choose the type of account that doesn't allow overdraft, then hold your money like it's theirs to "verify" the check for 3 to 5 business days in a world where everything else is instant.
