This used to be a very pleasant branch to visit with helpful friendly tellers. Recently, however, the branch has switched its focus from teller contact to ATM use. They are very condescending about directing you to the ATMs as if they are a new concept when one is obviously making the decision to visit a teller. You are told that the ATM can give you what you need yet it was not distributing $10 bills yesterday. I like this bank; however, my last experience was very uncomfortable. It seems that all they care about is opening new accounts. I am an older customer, but that appears to mean nothing to them. Last week, I went to the bank and was told everyone was out for lunch, so I could not make my deposits and was asked to come back in an hour. That was at 3 PM. This location is a nightmare. All the employees are completely incompetent. And somehow there's always a new issue when I come in. Today they couldn't deposit a check. Last time they couldn't deposit bills. Before that they ran out of quarters. They won't count coins because they don't have a machine - they actually have you count the coins yourself and make you make your own coin rolls.... dysfunctional cosplay bank - tile clad shoebox with an unhelpful guy in gaming headphones checked fully out. company policies that seem to intentionally make things difficult - requiring people to go in person to do legal name change when literally every single other company (banks, utilities,…) can do it online. then you go in person and get this goofy fake bank. absurd. will be glad to close this account.
