AVOID at all cost. I regret opening a credit card with them. I thought it was fine because of the cash back even though I know they have a horrible reputation. I really regret this decision. My card was wrongly charged. It took 6.5 months to recover this amount and involved filing with CFPB and calling Wells Fargo 20+ times and wasting many hours. This bank has the worst customer experience and its staff are rude.
I have had the worst experience with this company. I feel so strongly about it that I wanted to leave a review to help others avoid this bank, however, I see that their rating is already very low and this probably won’t help. My advice, stay FAR away from this bank if you can avoid it. They are incompetent, rude, and misleading. The worst customer service I think I’ve ever had… My loan has been paid in full for 2 months now, JUST SEND ME MY LIEN RELEASE!
Closed my LOC without any notice and I still haven't gotten an answer on why.
Had a great experience with Gunnar, Wala, and Marc. They were all fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable and got me sorted.
Watch out for the fees. They change the rules on you.
