I've been on hold for over 3 hours in the last 2 days to try and contact the fraud department because someone was allowed to open a fraudulent credit card in my name. The on hold "Thank you for your patience, all agents are busy assisting customers. Don't bother filing a complaint with wells Fargo as they just call to say they'll call you later. I went straight to the BBB this time. canceled a card and valid transactions they thought were fraud without discussing the actual charges with me to verify. AND AND And when I try to call I get disconnected or told they'll call back later with no call back.
Do not bank here! They will allow fraudulent transactions and tell you it’s your problem! You literally helped criminals take 7k from a mom of two!! Give that lady her money back! I will be making a complaint to the FDIC, OCC, and the CFPB!!! Make it right and stop allowing criminals to harm your customers!
