Avery and Roxana were both super helpful and attentive they went above and beyond taking care of my concerns went through everything with me to make sure all my questions were answered when coming to this branch I definitely do recommend getting assisted by them and as for their superiors please do give them recognition for their superb customer service

After getting nowhere with the branch at Dupont Circle, Elida Guzman at Farragut North went out of her way to be sure our estate issue was taken care of. We only had one day in town, and she stayed past hours working with the Estate Care team to get our problem resolved. She is a true asset to Wells Fargo, and I'd highly recommend this branch. I 100% have to recommend booking an appointment with Miroslav if you're ever going to this branch. He is one of the personal bankers there and is extremely helpful and patient. He's helped me on multiple occasions when I have lost my card and helped me apply for my new credit card with ease. He's the best!
