Made an appointment for 2:30 to address a cashier’s check issue. While making an appointment it stated that I will receive a 30 minute slot. It’s past 3pm now and I’m still waiting. Unprofessional. I had to make an arrangement at home to accommodate the 30 minute appointment delay.
I originally set an appointment in the morning and when I realized I would not make it, I booked another appointment and cancelled the first out of courtesy to Wells Fargo future clients. After rushing to make it to the appointment I set for later they informed me that the system had cancelled both. I provided evidence of the appointment I had set but the lady there said that they couldn’t do anything about it and I would have to wait until Monday (appointment was on Friday) She pretty much said it was Technology’s fault. This branch is a joke i normally use drive thru knowing it’s always slow 9/10 times but I was in rush & had stop this branch and same story took me 10 minutes in drive thru & irony is only 1 vehicle ahead of me, its shame for a bank like Wells Fargo I’ll never stop here again no matter what.
