I originally set an appointment in the morning and when I realized I would not make it, I booked another appointment and cancelled the first out of courtesy to Wells Fargo future clients. After rushing to make it to the appointment I set for later they informed me that the system had cancelled both. This branch is a joke i normally use drive thru knowing it’s always slow 9/10 times but I was in rush & had stop this branch and same story took me 10 minutes in drive thru & irony is only 1 vehicle ahead of me, its shame for a bank like Wells Fargo I’ll never stop here again no matter what.

Staff is lazy than others location . All the time I come here I just want to cancel their service. The company should train them better
