Hello, my name is Carla Arriaga. I'm filing this complaint against Wells Fargo because on Monday I forgot my phone and returned on Tuesday. Mr. Angel, the manager at the South Clayton branch in Lawrenceville, attended to me and was extremely disrespectful. He humiliated me by calling me stupid and ridiculous just because I asked him to show me the phone to verify if it was mine so I could continue waiting or go. He told me to sit and wait, which I did. Arrived to make open an account before waiting I asked if the mail I brought in was okay for proof of address was told yes. Waited 20 mins for teller to get out the bathroom then waited over an hour to finally be seen just to be told they couldn’t use the mail and wasted my time for nothing.
No drive thru Atm. The front Atm works half of the time. I strongly dislike Atms I have to get out of my car to go to. Everyone feels exposed and prefer the convenience of a drive thru. Especially since most people have to go out of their way to go to find a wells fargos bank. This place is incredibly inconvenient on top of it all.
