Worst bank ever
This is the MOST inconvenient branch I’ve ever been to. The “ manager “ Larry Thomas stated he cannot approve my withdrawal because he seen me transfer money from my savings to my checking account. It’s literally ALWAYS something with this branch and the reviews are very valid. The last time I was here I attempted to deposit a check from my settlement which was just $3000 and the lady said she couldn’t deposit it because of the bank it came from. My husband and I had some simple business to take care of today, and we’ve already been here almost an hour, still waiting to be helped. Seems ridiculous that only one person in the whole bank can help us with a simple thing. (Adding a signature on an account.) Edit….we got to the bank at 2pm, and we’re leaving at 4:45pm-unacceptable!!
Unprofessional and inadequate. An inexperienced banker failed to complete a basic transaction and managed to mess it up so badly that I am now spending my out of town vacation in another branch trying to clean up the mess. Three visits down, still no luck. So much for being a customer since 1993…
