Went there this past weekend to deposit a big check. They only had one lady at the desk who was taking a while with a Spanish couple she then asked if I was depositing and when I said yes she said you can deposit at the atm and said she was just giving me my options instead of helping me with my quick transaction when I tried the atm it spit my check back out .. there was also a lady at the window with no cars in the drive through lane who could’ve helped me ... as someone who doesn’t have much time during the week to go to ... read more
I called earlier today (9:30am) spoke to a lady, and I was told that the person in charge of opening a new checking accounts was late and that he would call me as soon as he gets in to schedule my appointment. Two hours and a half passed and I had to call the branch again and I was told this time (by Chris, I believe) that he was going to find out if I was going to be called for today or to call another branch or bank. WHAT A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!
