I’m not sure what other reviewers are saying. We like this bank. And this specific branch was great. We came in to sign up for a checking account for my wife and Ahri helped us do that. She was very friendly and professional. We will definitely do business with her again.

Incompetence doesn’t cut it. Three separate times I emailed my banker, Adam, about a notice I received about an error on my account. Three separate times he assured me my account was fine and there was no action needed. Then my account got closed overnight, and the full balance sent via a cashiers check that I was informed would take 10 days to arrive.
