Incompetence doesn’t cut it. Three separate times I emailed my banker, Adam, about a notice I received about an error on my account. Three separate times he assured me my account was fine and there was no action needed. Then my account got closed overnight, and the full balance sent via a cashiers check that I was informed would take 10 days to arrive. Went to three locations shopping for mortgage rate. It turned out all locations do not have a single banker that can talk to u face to face. I guess they can not afford one. Going to a different bank
