I called ahead to schedule an appointment to close an account. The person I spoke to was friendly and helpful. A few days later, my appointment took just 5 to 10 minutes. There was no pressure to keep or open a new account with them. The person who helped me was lovely, personable and efficient.

Not sure whats been going on lately but each time I go in to try and withdraw cash there are a lot more questions than im comfortable with. I dont feel as though i need to explain why I want to withdraw money. I have been a wells fargo client for 15 years and its kind of shady to be asked a ton of questions all the time. The drive through is out of order 25% of the time and it gets frustrating

Attempted to withdraw cash for medical expenses, manager Nick accused me of fraud. Fraud department called sender of incoming wire to verify legitimacy and it was verified as legitimate. He then placed a hard hold on the account which did not allow me to access funds, nor allow my incoming social security to be received nor any of my bills to be paid.
