This is the WORST bank I know of. They always have one teller working and the line is VERY long. But they always have 3 guys at their desks talking and playing on their phones. It's really ridiculous for a bank as big as Wells Fargo
This is by far the worst Wells Fargo I have visited. I’m a business owner and unfortunately have to frequent this location regularly for change and check deposits. Everytime I come in, there is a line a mile long and I spend 30-60 minutes waiting for basic banking services. They also have shut down their drive through. Worst Wells Fargo experience hands down. Every visit to this location makes me want to leave Wells Fargo.
I went into this location at around 4:18pm, knowing it closed at 5pm in order to become a wells fargo customer! However, I was told it would take a long process (no one else was there as a client, only multiple employees) and to try coming back another day…. I tried another close by location to this one and same thing happened… so upsetting especially considering the fact I mentioned my work schedule making it such a conflict for me to step in more than an hr before.
