I would give a 0 start if I could, Jessica at the front counter is extremely rude for no reason at all.
Consistently under staffed and slow
Worst to worst bank ever I came today to cash a check and the rude lady, she said the bank isn’t to ready to cash the check it ll take an hour to cash a check so I have to wait, I have heard first time this bullshit nonsense for to cash check for an hour…. No doubt the review is 2.7 I wouldn’t even wait my time to give on point too to this bank and then trump will say to everyone work but here people don’t want to work
This is the worst bank branch I have ever set foot in. You never know who people are... I waited 45 minutes for a banker and no one, no one even greeted me. Another woman walked in right behind me and one of the bankers took care of her right away, although I had been standing there. I waited another 45 minutes and got no help. I took my business to the Garners Ferry branch where I was helped as soon as I walked in. Assembly street.... get some new reps, and have better customer service, and I work in customer service!
