Everytime I come into this location, which isn’t often, I get a sense of hostility!!
I'm not the type to leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. This is the kindest and most welcoming bank I’ve ever visited in Columbia. I came to open an account for my mom, and everyone was so patient and helpful—especially Banker Janine and the manager. Even though we came right before closing on the first day, they kindly helped us book another appointment. On the day of the visit, the wait was short, and they were incredibly understanding despite the language barrier. Thank you for the warm service!
Don't bank here they give you a hold on large payments then change the dates in branch don't seem to care bout you needing your funds but if it was a fake check bet they would be on it like white on rice
Please save yourself from Wells Fargo, Wells Fargo would not take accountability and you need to find a bank that protect your funds and take responsibly. To make the story short, I have wrote a check over $2800 to IRS that was stolen and was cashed by Wells Fargo electronically. Base on the bank policy check made to business can not be deposited into personal account . So happy I don’t have an account with Wells Fargo. So much for their statement that of courtesy. Bull crap : I walked in to cash an insurance check that Wells Fargo printed and they would not cash it. This really speaks to how Banks really DO WHAT THEY WANT, when they want I went in to a Wells Fargo about two months ago with a much larger check in another state and although they were rude but they did cash the check ill never bank with Wells Fargo this location on forest drive the manager sitting there talking to the teller ... read more
