Extremely poor customer service. The bank has been shuttered for a year(Covid) and to access your safe deposit box you have to jump through many hoops, then they show up late for your “appointment” leaving you standing outside wondering if you will get in. Their “appointments” are days after you call and only when they can do it. Considering leaving Wells Fargo.
