Went to this bank on a Saturday traveling though after a nights stay in the town. I recommend this bank as the teller was attentive to my needs and didn’t rush me as I once in a while go inside to get funds for travel in smaller denominations. Recommend this branch and as being from out of town is refreshing to see a Wells Fargo location being with a pleasant greeting too.
I am absolutely furious over the injustice this bank has subjected me to. On March 28th, I went to deposit cash at the ATM located at 1795 S Main St, Harrisonburg, VA 22801. After I deposited the money, the machine jammed; it did not issue a receipt, nor did the funds appear in my account. I called, but there was no response. Eventually—after I filed a formal claim—they credited the money to my account; however, a few days later, the bank reversed the transaction and took the money back. Where do I start well when I called in to have one of my cards replaced I specifically told her do NOT dispose of the good card I asked her several times if she did she said NO then when I tried to use I called the bank someone that the card had been turned off I couldn’t use it so here I was with no debit cards to use until the bot got there and I also never received a letter in the mail with my pin to either card it has been one hassle after another with Wells Fargo I’m seriously thinking about going to another bank I don’... read more
