Very disappointed with the inconsistency at this bank. I have been a customer for 26 years, and it seems the rules change depending on who is working that day. One visit, I can cash a check with my name clearly on it with absolutely no issue. The next visit, I’m told they won’t cash a check payable to me because there is a dash/hyphen in the payee line. Tavin the branch manager is very rude. I have made a formal complaint to the CFPB in regard to her and the employee on my most recent visit. I am now awaiting a 10 day invest... read more
