Rude, went in to change name. Website said must visit branch and show paperwork to change name. I waited for teller, teller said I need appointment to change name. Rude!!!

Wanted to have a local bank so I picked WF since I’ve had multiple home loans with them for almost 20 years. Deposited money orders from Western Union. Male teller was not friendly and did not acknowledge me or the transaction at the end. Days later I found out there was a week hold placed on my deposit. Called in and was told Western Union goes through all the time. He couldn't tell me why that teller flagged that deposit. The only reason i needed a local bank was for random deposits.
