Always closed, they even close when they say they are open
On Friday, November 8 at 4:50 we were in the drive thru line. The light turned to closed and we were NOT able to do our transaction, even though we were in line BEFORE closing time. We are supposedly premium customers. If this interaction is how a premium customer is treated, I’m very disappointed This branch was our favorite but within the last four months it has become inefficient and poor service. Very disappointed
Branch manager, TJ went out of her way to assist me even at closing time. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable!
