I am extremely disappointed with Wells Fargo Bank. My account was hacked and I started receiving text messages from the bank asking if certain transactions were mine. I immediately replied NO because I did not recognize them. A few hours later, I received more alerts, so I called the bank directly and explained again that those transactions were unauthorized. I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. I was on the phone with a banker for less than one minute, and the sarcasm and rude attitude I encountered were completely unnecessary and unprofessional. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect and courtesy, regardless of the situation. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at all. I hope management takes customer concerns seriously and works to improve how customers are spoken to and treated moving forward.
Forgot my wallet at home and have zero technical skills! Daniel walked me thru the process on my phone and literally saved the day!!!

Horrible experience. I recieved a notice in my email that I would get a bonus if I set up a new checking account. The email gave me a code to apply the offer but when I tried to open it online there was nowhere to apply the code and I called and got outsourced customer care from the Philippines who wouldnt help me and said I needed to go into the branch.
