I had an unpleasant experience at this branch. The staff’s service attitude was unprofessional and unacceptable.
Rude, went in to change name. Website said must visit branch and show paperwork to change name. I waited for teller, teller said I need appointment to change name. Rude!!!
Frustrating Experience With Trust Account Setup – Poor Communication & Service I visited Wells Fargo last week to open a trust account and deposit a large check from a property sale. I was turned away at the branch and told I needed an appointment—so I made one for the next day.
