I went into the Mahan branch today and was completely appalled by the lack of customer service I received. There were 3 tellers total, 2 of whom were serving other customers. Upon stepping up to the 3rd tellers counter, I was met with a lackluster “hello”. Julie or Julia is her name. Warning!!!Take your business elsewhere. This is not a secure bank location wells Fargo claims that they have secure banking. That's a joke fraud. Department had a case file made and 3 hours later. It was declined. stated. As a whole, the customer service is awful. Terrible! This bank appears to have been sold out to a different country. I am stopping all business with this bank.
On Saturday, September 27, 2025, I made a withdrawal from my business account at around 11:30 a.m., and I was followed from that bank for about an hour until I stopped at a gas station. While I went inside the store, they broke my car window and took the money. My question is, how did they know I was carrying that money? It is very dangerous; I don’t know if the bank staff can be trusted because there were only two elderly customers inside. I called the police, and I hope they can find those people.
