Lashonda did and excellent job helping me understand the different options for a checking account. The entire staff was working very diligently to provide services in a timely manner.
We first walked in to Wells Fargo we were disoriented until a representative introduced himself as the greeter. Can't remember his name. We explained what we were there for. He understood immediately and took us to the cashiers counter explained what was needed. The lady took action vert quickly and helped us without asking any more questions. Problem solved with minimal issues.
Great experiance
My 15 year old got his first real paycheck from working 3 weeks in the hot florida sun laying sod and was so excited to cash his first check. His check was a wells Fargo check so our local bank couldn't cash it and said wells Fargo will. After driving 45.in one direction we were told he needed an account or 2 forms of id. We only had his driver's license so we're refused service and eyes rolled at us because my son doesn't magically have an account before his first paycheck and at 15 has no credit cards!
