Friendly and superb service
No drive thru, inconvenient. And Vlad gives me attitude when he thinks I’m using too many coins for my deposit. Money is money, no?
I went here because I was on this side of town. I only wanted to deposit a small amount in my account. There was no drive through and only two tellers handling all transactions, including commercial transactions. The guy behind physically grunted and rolled his eyes each time a new customer came up. The young lady was helping (very patiently) a woman with questions that one of the four staff (including a completely oblivious bank manager) should have been handling. As a former Wells Fargo customer, I’m appalled to see nothing has changed with this system. You’d think that for a banking institution that has already had to pay out millions of dollars for dishonest practices, that this branch would want to help their customers as much as possible. When an account holder comes in and wants access to THEIR money, it should be granted. Period.
