Terrible service
The worst Wells Fargo branch. Always something wrong and making me think about switch to another bank account. Terrible management and customer service. Avoid if possible UPD 5/23/2026 - it's clown show, not a bank
They have their Wiltshire branch closed for the day and they are not opening additional windows here to attend. What a terrible service! All they can do is say, they apologize but do nothing to add staff.
I have to leave a review for Angel and the team. I had to get a specialty bank account, and had no prior relationship with Wells Fargo. I wasn't super excited about going into a Wells Fargo, but all that changed after my encounter today. The bank was very clean, everyone working there was very friendly, and Angel Help me and got the job done, was extremely friendly and professional, and simply a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend doing business here.
