We walked into this branch around 4pm. It was 3 attempts. The teller said there is nobody who can help us, because everybody left already. They are closing at 5pm. He wasn’t even nice. I said maybe it’s easier just to close the account with Wells Fargo and his answer was yes it’s a good idea. Probably I’ll close the account.
I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 20 years, and today I had the single worst experience I’ve ever had at any branch. A new employee named Shaniz was shockingly unprofessional. She was unfriendly, rude, condescending, and demeaning throughout the interaction. What made it worse was that she mocked me by sarcastically repeating “Oh, nice to meet you” over and over — at least five times — in a tone that was clearly meant to belittle me. I opened a new account at this branch and Garo was wonderful to work with. I walked in just when he was leaving for his lunch break, and although he was booked with appts for the day he assisted me. Even staying a bit through his break! Very knowledgeable and classy gentleman. 5 star service For sure
If you are a wells fargo customer do not go to this location. There is always some bulls%^# going on in this location. One day I stopped by to open a business account and they had no bankers nor did they have tellers. Today I went in to get temporary business checks and they made me wait for 20 minutes for approval from the manager. This location is the worst of the worst.
