Here I go again trying to give WellsFargo the benefit of the doubt and again they prove to me how much they suck and don’t care about their customers! Please take your money elsewhere or at the very least not this specific WellsFargo because the manager is a jerk!
Even though I only do banking transactions on my home computer on a hard wired connection and have been using the same computer for 4 years, Wells Fargo is now refusing to recognize my system when I go online to access my accounts because it claims I am using a new device. The only change I am aware of is a recent Windows update. I have requested tech support from Wells Fargo since this is obviously something with its system and I am getting no help whatsoever.
