One day I stopped by to open a business account and they had no bankers nor did they have tellers. Today I went in to get temporary business checks and they made me wait for 20 minutes for approval from the manager. This location is the worst of the worst.

Friendly staff, polite and helpful. Great location for me since I shop at Ralphs often, and this branch is just next to it.
