Went in here to take care of some business today, and it was a great experience. First of all, sure, it's a WF bank branch like any other, but the place is clean and just has a nice atmosphere. Second of all, Nour at the service counter (as well as the person working with her; I forgot her name unfortunately) was delightful and very helpful. I'd definitely come back.
Very friendly tellers, the nicest bank I’ve done business with by far. Good location, clean environment, great service.
Would not recommend come to this branch! The staff here is really not trained, don’t know how to do things, need several people to do a simple transfer and still make mistakes. they need at least 3 times the time to do the same thing as other branches.
