I have been going to this branch for over a year, just today a Service manger that I have never seen before was very rude and unprofessional to say the least. These people should be out at the unemployment office

The girl did not do what i asked. She ended up making me change my card number when I knew they did not have to. I just needed a new card sent to me. I did not want to change my card number. Now I have to go through all of my accounts and change everything.
