Based on some of the reviews I have read I am getting a better understanding as to why I should avoid this bank. I called and made an appointment to open a business account. Printed out all the documents and had everything ready as the lady on the phone told me. I arrived to my appointment, lady at the front found my time and checked me in. These are challenging times for all service/retail companies. The staff at this location goes above and beyond to keep the customer safe while demonstrating real customer service, a delicate balance performed admirably. The following individuals made me glad I chose Wells Fargo for my banking ; Patricia Dinvil, Petula Knowles and Ernesto Pacheco. Great service, thank you all.
