Horrible horrible experience. Rude lazy and unprofessional staff along with rude lazy unprofessional branch manger. Went in to cash a check from my employer and the way I was treated was like I was a criminal. Then they even got more bothered with it cuz I didn’t have a bank account with them. What normally takes 10 mins ended up taking over 30 mins and I just ended up walking out and going to another Wells Fargo to help me. Sad part was there was about 4-5 employees and 2 customers and yet they simply couldn’t care.
I highly recommend Victoria in this branch. She is very helpful and the best customer.
I highly recommend Austin in this branch. He is so patient and professional.
Willing to help with faxing all statements to verify the mailing address for application for their credit card
