We went all the way from Valley to Wedt wood after checking the hour and when we fat there, it was closed. Considering time, gas price, mileage is unacceptable

This Wells Fargo has the best customer service. Cameron and Mayra was exceptional. Clean process.
I'd give them a negative number if I could. Current problem is they won't let me access my safe deposit box - which I've had for 35+ years - because of a "technical problem" on their end. I've been locked out for three business days and they say it will be - they hope - "only" two days more. If my passports and medical POA's were in there, I'd have a tremendous problem.
