As of 9/10 it says teller closed until further notice. How do you not have a working branch in the middle of Westwood CA. There are always 20 people in line, obviously there's a need for it.

A very clean Wells Fargo. The employees are nice. I had an issue pop up on my app so I came in to ask what was going on. They assured me everything was okay there was a systemic issue. Access to bank is through the building main doors. Atm access is outside and near the doors to the entrance to the bank.
I was there waiting for a banker to wire some funds. Unfortunately, nobody showed up/help me. Even when I asked the teller, and teller manager and other person, they didn’t help. The service is awful
