If I could give zero stars, I would. The branch manager they hired was incompetent and appeared unfamiliar with basic procedures, which made the experience frustrating and unprofessional. In contrast, Andrea was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and guided me through the entire safety deposit box process smoothly. She was the only reason my visit was successfully resolved. This branch has become effectively useless by dropping its teller services. Below, you can see the owner not understanding the issue at hand. My job requires me to visit a teller, but the nearest one now requires an hour-long bus ride there and back. I'll be happy to update this review once this branch becomes a bank again.
