I have been a Wells Fargo customer for 15 years and have 5 accounts.I I have had wonderful service in all my locations. I opened a new account yesterday and received terrific service by Karina Martinez. Karina answers all my questions and I leave feeling confident in my decisions!
I visited the bank at 3 PM on Tuesday to wire money to a title company for a house closing. The staff was not only unhelpful but also downright unfriendly. To make matters worse, there was no sign-in book, leaving me completely in the dark about when a banker might be available. Wells Fargo has just lost a customer due to this unacceptable service.
