I came in today to update my last name on my account and request a new credit card. I was assisted by Stephanie, who told me to come back tomorrow because the branch was closing in 10 minutes and all bankers were busy. This is extremely inconvenient and an example of poor customer service. I expect better communication and consideration for customers who do business with Wells Fargo and also take time out of their day to visit the branch.
