Bad experience with this branch.
Major Screw up with a wire transfer to our mortgage company. We missed the deadline for our wire transfer on a Monday which was OK. We fully expected the transfer to occur the next day as we were told would happen. 2 days later, the transfer was still waiting for 2nd approval. This transfer was hundreds of thousands, not just a mortgage payment. We were told the delay was "human error" but couldn't get an explanation as to what happened. Totally unacceptable.
