I made an appointment with Ayanna Briscoe at Wells Fargo in Washington, DC, and the entire experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. She arrived over 30 minutes late while I waited with no communication or apology. Once she finally showed up, it became obvious she did not know how to properly handle my account issues.
