This review is about my experience with the manager Laini/Laine when visiting this branch. I've been a long time customer with WellsFargo and have at least 40 50k in the account I have with WellsFargo just to give you a context. I came in the branch that day to just exchange some coins for quarters to do laundry, just that simple. Walked to the counter, I met Laini/Laine. They should hire more people and have security . A homeless person came in and harassed us, also I waited 25 mins just for the bank teller to tell me I cannot open a business bank account here. It's honestly a circus and needs better structure .
The yellers are really nice especially Danny. Love this bank because there is hardly any wait time.
