My company has a business account with Wells Fargo, and I'm to the point of closing it because of this location. I use this location because it's closest to my home, and the only one with a drive thru. PROBLEM is, when I'm not able to make the deposit myself, I send in someone else to make the deposit and EVERY TIME the tellers have made issues with the deposit and turned her away, for the 5TH TIME now. I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience at Wells Fargo. One of the bankers at this branch has consistently been unprofessional and unhelpful. Every time I’ve visited, she gives the impression that she’s extremely busy, but in reality, she seems more interested in avoiding customer interaction than actually helping. I’m not even a customer here but it’s very disappointing that I walk into the bank to cash a personal check given to me from my landlord for services paid out of pocket, not only flagged the transaction, but then say that it has to be verified in order for them to cash it… I’ve never cashed a personal check before, but it did not feel like a standard procedure.
