I’m not even a customer here but it’s very disappointing that I walk into the bank to cash a personal check given to me from my landlord for services paid out of pocket, not only flagged the transaction, but then say that it has to be verified in order for them to cash it… I’ve never cashed a personal check before, but it did not feel like a standard procedure. I’ve been with Wells Fargo almost 30 years , this go to be worse location services, i’ve been walked out from this location three times, I thought I can give them one more chance, is the same frustration again and again? I would not regret going back at all, three time Experian only 1 or 2 customers in front of me but I need to wait for 20 minutes or more that is ridiculous service, the manager there not flexible, and the people need to be trained to work, big-time unlike other location. They have one banker who was busy with a client and the teller asked me to wait while the manger was inside with her colleague. later on after waiting for 25 mins when I asked for how long should I wait, the manager came out to help. Zero customer service, I will close the account with them
