I would give them 0 if I could. I have been a long-time customer of Wells Garage, but this bank has no regard for its customers. I went to the bank to wire money from my checking account as earnest money to buy a house, and it was time-sensitive. The only reason I went to the bank was because the mobile app didn’t have all the options, as I was instructed by the receiving bank.
