I would give them 0 if I could. I have been a long-time customer of Wells Garage, but this bank has no regard for its customers. I went to the bank to wire money from my checking account as earnest money to buy a house, and it was time-sensitive. The only reason I went to the bank was because the mobile app didn’t have all the options, as I was instructed by the receiving bank. No “team effort”. Went to open a new account with my daughter and Jennifer came up to us and said we didn’t have an appointment come back tomorrow! I was like “can you help us we want to open a new checking account today”? She said “no I have to help with the teller line” There were two tellers and just two other people in line. I said we’d open the account at another bank.
Wait time is horrible. Only 1 teller. 20 mins still waiting
I’m very Dissatisfied with this branch and the customer service .
