I went in to cash a check for my Mom . Had 2 forms of ID, was asked to wait 30 minutes while it was verified. Branch Manager said, we can not cash the check, probably because she does not write a lot of checks. Absollute horrible experience, no real explanation as to why they would not cash the check, and acted smug about it. Account had funds. Do better WF.
Jessica and Freddy are always super helpful. Gives this large bank a small bank feel.
