I have been a Wells Fargo customer for approximately 15 years, and I have never experienced customer service this disappointing. I visited this branch with all of the required documentation to legally change my last name. When I arrived, I explained to the greeter exactly what I needed and provided the necessary documentation. I was asked to have a seat and was told someone would assist me shortly. I went in to cash a check for my Mom . Had 2 forms of ID, was asked to wait 30 minutes while it was verified. Branch Manager said, we can not cash the check, probably because she does not write a lot of checks. Absollute horrible experience, no real explanation as to why they would not cash the check, and acted smug about it. Account had funds. Do better WF.
Jessica and Freddy are always super helpful. Gives this large bank a small bank feel.
