Waiting for too long
Yo fui a acer un préstamo personal y un agente me dijo que nome podían dar un préstamo verifico mi crédito y dijo que no me podía ayudar y también able servicio al cliente y de una me dijeron que no tenía opciones con well Fargo después de tener un buen crédito con ellos y que ya le pagué casi una tarjeta de crédito de 8000 dolores y solo quería prestar 3000 dolores y mi crédito es de 735 y de lo 8000 solo les debo 1588 con 35 centavos
I have been coming to this Wells Fargo for years and it has just gotten worst with time. Today I waited in like for 15 minutes to be helped while a manager that could have support her one teller by opening another station just hovered over her. Not only could this have helped the line good quick but it could have saved there customers some time to get to work or where ever they were going. This branch really needs to do better.
They close at 4:40 they lazy
Randomly closed for a week, ATM is out of money. Such a useful place. What a joke.
