In and out quick with what I needed, and Deni the teller was super friendly from the second I walked in.
This branch is very rude. I went in to make a payment and was treated very rudely by the 3 tellers that was working on August 3 2024 and a customer before me left to go to his car for something so I asked if the teller could take me for a payment that would not have taken no time to process and the person would have been back to be helped. She lashed out at me even though I was the customer. I love this branch of Wells Fargo. I've been a customer there now for 7+ years and I go out of my way to use this branch whenever I need in-person service. I have several business accounts and Gareth is my personal commercial banker. I can call him for whatever I need and he will get me answers or a solution. Most all the tellers greet both me and my husband by name. I love the hometown, know-me-by-name service. Keep up the good work!
