I spoke with Fernanda P Reali, the branch manager, and she discriminated against me and did not want to talk to me. She was snappy with me and cut me off when I tried to ask questions and rushed me out of the bank. I deposited a money order at this branch. The bank deposited the money order and then took the money back out of my account and kept the money order. No one was able to tell me why this happened; they just kept the money order. Teresa was the most kind teller I’ve ever encountered! She spoke Spanish with was tremendously helpful and her entire demeanor entirely brightened my day.
I recently moved to the area and came in because I have a fraudulent charge on my account. This lady who looks like a supervisor named Liz (name tag) yelled over to the young man behind the counter to help me while she helped an older gentleman with something. The young man at the front desk was patient and helpful. He explained to me that I would have to wait a couple minutes for a banker to come back from lunch, and asked me to wait in the lobby. Never ever use Wells Fargo !!! Unless you want fraudulent bank drafts and disappearing money from your account from unknown banks that are linked to your personal account how that’s possible, I have no clue but I do know I’m $5,832 dollars short after filing a claim and the other bank deemed it as identity theft Wells Fargo denied my claim i also never received correspondence and doubt anyone actually looked into it , so sad do better, but please DO NOT BANK HERE !!!!
