Nhân viên tại Wells fargo 9550 Bolsa quá ồn ào .Tôi ngồi chờ vì walk in không có hẹn trước mà nghe nhân viên nói chuyện với khách rất to " CD của cô có hai trăm ngàn đến ngày...con sẽ gọi cho cô để đáo hạn " như vậy không đảm bảo sự riêng tư của khách.Cô bên kia thì ngồi trong quầy la lên" em chào anh "và đùa giỡn với khách , mặc dù rất nice nhưng phản cảm. In super busy shopping plaza. Lot of customers in the bank. But tellers and staffs there always handled smoothly , professionally and friendly every time. Staffs there speak Vietnamese and English as well. Will come back despite busy traffic. This location must be in new management . Most of negative reviews are from the past.
I have pretty good experience here so I'm not sure about the negative reviews. It's close to where I live so it's very convenient for me to visit this branch.
