Terribly understaffed, this location is a nightmare. Takes an hour in line just to do a basic transaction, and thats if they even have anyone working. Half the time you just get told to come back in an hour when the SINGLE teller is back from lunch.
Asian guy that work with opening accts was very rude and rushed me in line for another customer while I was talking to a teller
Bad customer service from one of their assistant. I were last one in the line waiting for withdraw some money .on my turn for help he said the banker has to go for his lunch and I have to come back after one hour. Very and respectful action from the assistance guy with the tablet in his hand.
