I’m not sure why this branch doesn’t have a 5-star rating. I absolutely love coming to this location. Great team! Judy and Elinor are wonderful, always super helpful, efficient, super friendly, and meticulous with every deposit I make. The manager and security lady were very nice as well. And everyone likes my dog here. Highly recommend!
Julie and Elizabeth are amazing and very good at their job. This branch used to be really bad a couple years ago, but they have hired more people and it’s way better now.
Highly recommend going to any other bank other than wells Fargo, I have been with them for 13+ years it's been - They refuse to rush a debit card to me so I can operate my business, even after delaying me getting the card for over 2 weeks, I will going on 3 weeks with no means to operate my business, they could care less. They say they're saving money by not using plastic cards which are actually recyclable. Go any where else if you value your business and time, because Wells Fargo doesn't.
A great bank unless something goes wrong! On Sunday night I got a suspicious email from Paypal saying they were charging me $592.91. I have not had a Paypal account for 25 years. Paypal does not have my name address or cc number. But to be safe I took the email into my Wells Fargo branch. Lo and behold there were only tellers. There was no banker on site.
