A great bank unless something goes wrong! On Sunday night I got a suspicious email from Paypal saying they were charging me $592.91. I have not had a Paypal account for 25 years. Paypal does not have my name address or cc number. But to be safe I took the email into my Wells Fargo branch. Lo and behold there were only tellers. There was no banker on site. Wanted to give a shout out to Dominique. Lovely, polite and very efficient!
Terribly understaffed, this location is a nightmare. Takes an hour in line just to do a basic transaction, and thats if they even have anyone working. Half the time you just get told to come back in an hour when the SINGLE teller is back from lunch.
Asian guy that work with opening accts was very rude and rushed me in line for another customer while I was talking to a teller
