Terrible customer service, Terrible attitude, zero help. I wish I could give this branch zero stars for how helpless they left me. I have been a member for over 20 years And have had my money with them for so many of those years. To be treated like I was at this branch is abominable.
Highly recommend going to any other bank other than wells Fargo, I have been with them for 13+ years it's been - They refuse to rush a debit card to me so I can operate my business, even after delaying me getting the card for over 2 weeks, I will going on 3 weeks with no means to operate my business, they could care less. They say they're saving money by not using plastic cards which are actually recyclable. Go any where else if you value your business and time, because Wells Fargo doesn't.
This branch is the worst in the city. Always give reasons not to help. It happens to me twice before but I thought third time will be the charm. This time I went with a wire request and inspite of available bankers, they said that I have to come after 2 days with an appointment. Can you believe the level of customer service?
I had a CD with Wells Fargo, and they will not allow you to renew it online or by phone. They require you to go into a branch, so I went into this branch and asked to speak with the first banker I saw open. He said any teller could help me, but it tuns out that's not true. Even worse, he is the manager and he was lying because he just wanted to leave for the day. I will go back to find out his name and post it here.
Went in here to change my name on my accounts, after getting married. Sean Torres was friendly, quick, and professional. If I ever need anything Wells Fargo related, I will probably reach out to him; he's fantastic!
