I asked for quarters and they said they don’t carry cash. They’re a bank that’s literally their one job?
Takes one hour to open a checking account and the person helping me was horribly unprofessional. (Lack of attention to detail, not able to understand basic questions) Very typical Wells Fargo eye rolling banking experience.
This is not a normal Wells Fargo. There are no tellers. This it not clearly posted anywhere.
Horrible location. Needed approval to deposit a check to an employee's account and banker indicated needed manager approval, but the manager would not step out for 5 seconds to approve the transaction despite being in the other room. The banker informed us we could "try at a different location." They should put a sign on this location and online listings saying they don't actually help customers at this location so other people don't have to waste time.
No way to cash a check. I feel like this should be noted somewhere in the Google listing or online as it is very hard to find parking downtown only to be told they don't have tellers. By the way... THEY DON'T HAVE TELLERS.
