On 9/18/24 at approximately noon, I walked into the Wells Fargo branch in the Sloat Plaza attempting to open an account. There were 6 employees present and zero customers at the time. I told the young lady that I’d like to open an account and was immediately told that I would have to come back or make an appointment online. I have been banking with Wells Fargo Bank since I was a child. I have maintained active accounts, both for my business and for personal use, exclusively with them for 2 decades. I normally bank at their Irving Street branch, but stopped into this branch today to make a quick deposit to one of my business accounts. After being treated like garbage by their branch manager, Ms. Chua, I felt like closing my accounts and terminating my relationships with Wells-Fargo.
