Visited this branch to change my name after getting married. I walked in around 3:30 hoping they could see me but the teller informed me the bankers appointments were full. However, she double checked with a manager and one of the bankers was able to fit me in before her 4pm appointment. The process was quick and easy and everyone was very helpful
