Second time I’ve come to this location and the lobby is locked before noon; like fifteen minutes before noon. Very frustrating.
Only ever one teller working. Wait time is crazy.
I have never had an issue with Wells Fargo and have had an account since it was Wachovia. Last week I had an incredibly nasty teller who was giving me attitude for no apparent reason. I get it that you were busy but as a regular of that location, the bank tellers are normally very nice and respectful. To have this new bank teller coming in out and then trying to explain policy to me that I am already aware of was ridiculous.
