Don't let them talk you into that credit card they offer. If they do, and it gets used fraudulently they won't help you. You'll be stuck paying for their incompetency, even with proof that it was used fraudulently. Not to mention all of the ridiculous fees they charge for banking. Best decision I ever made was closing my account and taking my money somewhere where I know it's safe. Because it's not safe here
They have perfectly good drive thru but it’s permanently closed…only 3 normal parking spaces out front so you have to park in back and walk all the way around. I’d rather wait in my car in a line than stand inside in a line.

If you pay your property taxes by mail, & someone commits a federal crime by stealing & altering your check, don't expect Wells Fargo to refund you after you were defrauded. That "up to $250,000 FDIC insured bla bla bla" sticker on their windows is just for show. The same goes for if a company owes you money & sends it to the wrong (a closed) Wells Fargo account. They'll claim the money wasn't received, even when you have a scree shot from the sender saying it went through. So, either they kept the money, or as 2 employees o... read more
