02182026 4 PM Thought I would stop in instead of going to Whitehall because of the traffic Should have taken my chances on 22 When I walked in, I thought I was on the set of "it's a wonderful life" and Wells Fargo derivative portfolio finally crashed. If you pay your property taxes by mail, & someone commits a federal crime by stealing & altering your check, don't expect Wells Fargo to refund you after you were defrauded. That "up to $250,000 FDIC insured bla bla bla" sticker on their windows is just for show. The same goes for if a company owes you money & sends it to the wrong (a closed) Wells Fargo account. They'll claim the money wasn't received, even when you have a scree shot from the sender saying it went through. So, either they kept the money, or as 2 employees o... read more

My wife and I were very disappointed when the WF Westgate location decided to stop their Drive Up service option. I was told this was due to staffing issues, as there was insufficient staff coverage for both inside and outside customers. Rather than stop a useful service, WF needs to add sufficient staff to be a full-service banking location again.

Second time I’ve come to this location and the lobby is locked before noon; like fifteen minutes before noon. Very frustrating.
