Very professional and helpful staff.
Wish I can give them 0 stars I called 10 am Saturday regarding a check I deposit the night before a young lady answer the phone and told me she would get back to me and left me on hold until the branch closed. I live a hour away from that location and didn’t want to drive there for question that could have been answered over the phone I will be calling cooperate and I will be calling and leaving a complain for that banker .
Natalie Navarro is an absolute disgrace to this bank and the banking community as a whole. My little cousin moved the the US and waited 10 days for an appointment at his school branch, and when he finally got to Natalie's desk she refused to open his bank account. Initially the issue was that he didn't have a proof of address which I can understand, so I immediately sent him our lease which has both our names it, she then refuses to accept it since it isn't an "original with ink signatures", which we know wince we used DocuS... read more
