I had a very disappointing experience at Wells Fargo today. I had a scheduled appointment at 3:30 PM, yet I was not attended to at my appointment time. Instead, another customer who arrived after me—and who did not indicate that she had an appointment—was helped before me. When I asked about the situation, the banker simply stated that the other customer was there for the same service and that I would be helped after they finished with her. 5 months after the last review and they still haven't fixed the 24 hour access issue. They clearly don't seem to care for this particular branch.
The 24 hours entry door doesn’t work and is been like that for almost 2 months, why this issues have not been fixed? This is very inconvenient for me and everyone who is trying to have access on the ATM
