Management and Staff are uneducated on the laws for video taping from a public sidewalk. Security came out and made a physical threat and acted entitled and demanded to answers.
This bank has some serious issues with their security guard! He came out threatening a journalist recording on the sidewalk threatening to slap the shot out of him! He was very sloppily dressed and his uniform looked like it hadn’t been washed in months. After he finally figured out the journalist was doing nothing wrong he went back in and locked the doors, during business hours! I’m pretty sure that’s a fire safety violation. Not a good look, especially when paired with holes in the glass and crime scene tape everywhere!
I had a very disappointing experience at Wells Fargo today. I had a scheduled appointment at 3:30 PM, yet I was not attended to at my appointment time. Instead, another customer who arrived after me—and who did not indicate that she had an appointment—was helped before me. When I asked about the situation, the banker simply stated that the other customer was there for the same service and that I would be helped after they finished with her. 5 months after the last review and they still haven't fixed the 24 hour access issue. They clearly don't seem to care for this particular branch.
