Hi I had an appointment with Karen Baksh she helped me open my business account she was so super sweet caring and patient any questions I had she answered. She made the whole experience so easy and smooth. We need more people like her in this world. This location gets 5 stars from me

walked in bank to open a business account . a women working the lobby instructed me to ask teller for an appointment with banker. I waited in line. after 10 mins i got to teller to make appointment. he didn't know what how to make an appointment ! anyways dysfunctional . i Simply crossed the street and went to Bank America where they opened my account in 15 mins. i should add i have a lot of money with wells fargo bank. guess ill switch banks ! i'm sure some one will read this review at bank and respond. i'm not interested .... read more
