Very poor costumer service, especially on the telephone. Takes them weeks to address a problem, yet they are quick to add a fee for everything they don’t do for you. I’m preparing to move to a Credit Union.
Wells Fargo should be embarrassed. Even though I had several ongoing accounts with their bank, they refused to provide change. This change to be used for funded raising event for children. Thank you Wells Fargo, NOT!
